WINTER LENTIL SOUP (VG)
Roast tomato & red lentil soup with basil oil and sourdough bread.
CHICKEN LIVER PARFAIT
Chef’s chicken liver parfait, pear & apple chutney with Scottish oatcakes.
GRILLED HALLOUMI BOWL (V)
Wild rice, quinoa, baby spinach, green beans, avocado, charred broccoli, sweet lemon dressing, pomegranate and pumpkin seeds.
SMOKED MACKEREL PATE
Rich creamy mackerel pate, cucumber ketchup, pickled cucumber, cornichons and toasted sourdough bread.

Prime Scottish beef slow cooked in red wine and port, Cumberland sausage, butter puff pastry, with creamy mash or rustic chips.
